Please join members of the Mascoma Watershed Conservation for an exploration of part of the Mascoma River watershed in Plainfield, NH. We’ll walk along the Class 6 portion William Gage Road, noting ecology and features related to hill farm life. Walk will be on a decently-maintained class 6 road and possibly a snowmobile trail, mostly good footing with limited wet areas, slightly hilly terrain of moderate difficulty with optional steeper section. Free.
No dogs unless on leash.

Directions: from I-89 Exit 16, take Methodist Hill Road south. At 4-way intersection, turn left onto William Gage Road. Continue past dogleg turns and meet at turnout with large granite blocks near end of maintained portion of William Gage Road.
